At House of Hackney, we want you to be completely enamored with your new interiors; however, if a piece isn't quite right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Hackney box, ensuring wallpaper rolls and delicate fabrics are securely protected.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our atelier.
